At Startlyn, we strive to provide high-quality services to our users. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any plan or service.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services — which involve immediate allocation of resources, preparation, and in some cases the initiation of investor outreach — we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. Service Delivery Initiation
By purchasing a plan, you agree that service delivery may begin immediately after payment, including but not limited to:
• Setup of your startup listing on our platform
• Allocation of expert time for pitch review or investor introductions
• Inclusion in promotional campaigns or newsletters
Once service delivery has started, no refunds or credits will be issued.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase to invest@startlyn.com, including:
• Your full name and company name
• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Reason for the request
4. Discretionary Approval
Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Startlyn management.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Startlyn will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent ban of your account and listings.
