2. If your listing includes investor introductions, our experts may send your pitch deck and information to selected investors within our network, based on relevance. We do not guarantee responses, meetings, or investment.

3. Startlyn may promote your startup via newsletters, social media, and partner channels, but the timing, frequency, and format are at our discretion.

4. All listings must contain truthful and accurate information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in removal without refund.

5. Paid plans are non-refundable once service delivery has started.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Startlyn platform to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory information

• Solicit funds illegally or in violation of securities laws

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

• Spam investors or other users

• Engage in any unlawful activity

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

News organizations;

Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
